Storage

A very important and necessary process within renewable energy is storage; depending on geography, the sun and wind are yet not 100% stable sources.

Storage helps supply continuous power. It is therefore important to get an overview of the options available – these are the following storage options and they are available in different variants: water, earth, hydrogen gas and various battery systems for electricity, including the grid.

For example, it makes sense that biogas is used in rural areas, water in mountainous areas and water heating by solar energy for long-term storage in connection with heating systems.
